Hot, hot, hot chocolate

We hope you haven't fallen victim to the November bug, like we all seem to have been struck down with here at PacariUK HQ. We've definitely been a little slow this week, but these THREE YUMMY hot chocolate recipes from @Katemtobar are what we've been dreaming of. Comfort in a mug. Now, could someone just jump up and make this for us?  Thank you Kate, as always for sending us so much joy!*

 

All of these below recipes from Kate are vegan, gluten-free and redefined sugar free. You are welcome! 

 

 

FIT HOT CHOCOLATE (Kate’s GO-TO)

 

250 ml Oat Milk  

2 tbsp Drinking cacao with Ginger or Cinnamon

*** We love the ginger version, because it contains dried ginger chunks in it! 

 

 

SALTED HOT CHOCOLATE 

 

250 ml Oat Milk  

2 tbsp Drinking cacao with Ginger or Cinnamon

2 tbsp Coconut Sugar  

Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

 

 

ALL IN HOT CHOCOLATE 

 

250 ml Oat Milk 

2 tbsp Drinking cacao with Ginger or Cinnamon

2 tbsp Coconut Sugar 

Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

2 tbsp Peanut Butter
