What's so important about Chocolate being organic?

We talk lots over on these parts about the importance of buying organic. But what's so important about chocolate being organic anyway?

There are so many benefits to the health and well-being of both the consumers and cacao growers and also the environment (protecting local biodiversity and not contributing to pollution or destruction of rivers, animals and plants). These values are at the core of all of our products.
