    It is back! Our 100% Organic Raw Cacao Paste also known as ceremonial virgin cacao paste or liquor is processed at low temperatures to ensure the delicate compounds remain intact. Sourced from native organic certified varieties of Theobroma Cacao (Arriba Nacional) sustainably grown in Ecuador by small farmers within the Amazon rainforest. 

    Raw Cacao has been prized by South American civilisations for millennia. It can be used to make mouth watering ceremonial cacao hot chocolates, raw chocolates, praline, or raw cake recipes and more.

    Like all our products it is nut free, soy free, gluten free, dairy free, palm oil free, vegan, kosher, organic, plant base and fair trade.

    Ceremonial cacao paste

    I really love the depth of flavour and smooth taste, it is delicious melted in oat milk for a really fabulous sugar free hot chocolate. I have scored it 4 stars as it is not as pure as my last batch asit still has a few grainy bits at the bottom of the cup

    Fabulous cacao

    We are a family of three who have a couple of cacaos together each week. They represent a time of gathering and connection. This brand is tasty and has a lovely consistency. We will definitely buy from you again. Thank you

    I recommend this product

    Nourishing and grounding

    Although I really like this organic cacao paste as it is really smooth and creamy with subtle taste notes, I would have preferred it to contain more cocoa solids and less cocoa butter. This is purely down to my personal taste as I prefer stronger and sharper taste with a more pronounced bitterness. That said, the paste is very smooth, nourishing and grounding and I will, no doubt, be buying it again in the future.
